About Us
Hazelbrook Bowling Club sits in a bush land amphitheatre that is
Gloria Park.
Also within
the park is a sports field, tennis courts & children’s
playground.
Roy Bloomfield founded Hazelbrook Bowling Club in
1950 with a membership of 10. The shed used as the first clubhouse
is still standing and is now used as a store. Our club has grown
since then.
We have two bowling greens
that are rated as among the best in the Mountains and have a membership
of 1100 and rising. We have also grown from being solely a bowling
club to a bowling & sporting Club. We support and sponsor many
varied sporting teams within the local area and the Blue Mountains.
So the next time you are taking a trip through the Blue Mountains
come & visit the Hazelbrook Bowling & Sporting Club. You
will find the atmosphere friendly and welcoming.
